One sunny afternoon, while my colleague and I had some time to grab lunch, we explored Pappagallo, a gem of a restaurant at Le Meridien. I decided to order something that would keep me stuffed for a good 3- 4 hours; something meaty, heavy and delicious. Agnello sounded just right! It’s enticing appearance enchanted me the moment it sat on my table. The meat was tender, juicy and had absorbed all the flavours from the sauce, which was truly aromatic; infused with rosemary, butter, celery and carrots (nicely sweet) all neatly laying on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
